Please read the following important information before completing your Ombre Brow Tattooing application.

TREATMENT & PRICING

Ombre Brow Tattooing is a two-session process.
Your initial appointment is $499 and includes your consultation, custom brow design and mapping, pigment colour selection and cosmetic tattoo treatment.
Once your brows have healed, a compulsory second session is required to assess the healed result and perfect the colour, shape and pigment retention where needed.
The second session is $150 and is booked separately.

Cosmetic tattooing is considered permanent. While pigment will gradually fade and change over time, traces of pigment may remain in the skin long-term. Healed results and pigment retention vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

SUITABILITY

Cosmetic tattooing isn’t suitable for everyone. Factors including your medical history, medications, allergies, skin and healing history, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and previous cosmetic tattooing or removal may affect your suitability.
Your application and photographs allow us to assess this before proceeding with a booking. Please answer all questions honestly and provide clear, recent photographs showing your brows in their natural appearance.

PREPARATION & HEALING

There are important preparation and aftercare requirements associated with cosmetic tattooing.
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive all relevant information including how to prepare, topical anaesthetic information, what to expect during healing and your aftercare requirements.
Your brows will require a healing period following each session, and following the provided preparation and aftercare instructions is an important part of achieving the best possible healed result.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment.
Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new $100 deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
No-shows remain subject to the Kelaya Beauty Cancellation & No Show Policy.
